Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on sectors like semiconductors, hydrogen power, steel, and petroleum.
• Promote value-added solutions like confined space systems, working at heights, and industrial firefighting.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts, quotas, and progress reports to ensure consistent target achievement.
Channel Partner & Account Management
• Manage relationships with key channel partners, identifying new partners as needed to expand market reach.
• Ensure regular customer engagement across Taiwan through face-to-face meetings, providing personalized attention to key accounts.
Market Development & Product Communication
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of MSA product lines, focusing on industrial safety solutions.
• Work with customers to understand their safety needs and help them optimize their operational efficiency with MSA products.
Distributor Management
• Execute distributor management strategies, ensuring distributors are trained and supported in selling MSA product lines.
• Provide technical and value-based sales training to partners to enhance their capability in promoting MSA solutions.
Customer Feedback & Sales Initiatives
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, supporting product and service enhancements.
• Participate in special sales activities to reduce stock and promote new product launches.
Qualifications
Experience & Background:
• 5+ years of sales experience in PPE, SCBA, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Taiwan market, with experience in channel partner management and sales execution.
• Technical knowledge of SCBA and other MSA product lines.
Key Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas, identifying new business opportunities, and executing value-based sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Driving license required for travel across Taiwan to meet with customers and partners.
• Experience in semiconductor, hydrogen power, steel, or industrial sectors is a plus.
