Job Description

The Role:

• We are presenting you with an opportunity to utilize your e-commerce management and marketing skills to build your next dream brand with us.

• Collaborating with E-commerce Manager, Creative Director, Paid Media Specialist, Influencers, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Customer Service & other departments to optimize the entire operation towards 8 figure growth.

• Reporting to the company CEO based in Shenzhen, this is the global role to plan and implement high level strategic marketing across various divisions and geographical regions

• Innovate a strategy that aligns with our company's new division. Must react quickly to new trends and be results-driven

• Measure and report performance of the digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience and knowledge of E-Commerce & DTC Brands

• Ability to create and implement Strategic Marketing Plans:

• Product Development

• Target Audiences

• Pricing

• Promotional Planning

• Packaging

• Digital Campaigns

• Creative outputs inclusive of web promotional materials, selection of creative agencies, creative briefings, graphics, photography, etc.

• Analyse all business improvement plans and recommend changes if required, monitor all application and product trends and develop appropriate product innovation and provide optimal training to staff on all marketing tools for special projects

• Design various communication strategies, prepare reports and manage all communication with senior management and resolve all issues in global marketing sphere

• Monitor user experience and improve packaging in global markets to enhance same, develop strategies to analyse future requirements for new products and assist to prepare appropriate market strategies to get efficient return on investments

• Administer everyday activities of product line, perform analysis on same and prepare product strategies and promotional plans

• Align communication with E-commerce department

• Measure and analyse all campaign performance, develop dashboard, determine ways to optimize and enhance campaigns

• Champion "digital first" thinking by scouring the global marketplace to bring new ideas/trends/innovations to amplify brand relevance to a younger, digitally savvy consumer

• Share concepts with CEO to gain alignment

• Measure and report on success of initiatives and campaigns

• The ability to bring new and fresh thinking to help the new division drive social growth in relevant new channels

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is passionate about E-commerce and already has experience managing an E-commerce brands previously.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager

• Experience in building, coaching and managing strong Marketing Teams (Hiring experience)

• Experience running a successful e-commerce store within Female Fashion industry (Activewear preferred, but not essential)

• Strong track record in pricing, go-to-market strategies and marketing research experience

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Must be accountable and organized with the ability to handle a multitude of projects

• Demonstrates ownership of programs; embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
