Marketing Strategy/Supplier Strategy
• Scout and closely work with partners/suppliers that fit for E-commerce portfolio and biz mode.
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies. This may involve social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence online through creative content marketing and engaging storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that reach the right audience and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
Data Analysis
• Regularly analyze e-commerce data, including sales figures, customer behavior, and website traffic.
• Use data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
• Based on data analysis, recommend and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and optimize operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with various departments, such as product development, logistics, customer service, and finance.
• Ensure seamless coordination between different teams to ensure the smooth running of e-commerce operations.
• Provide input and feedback on product development and improvement based on market trends and customer feedback.

Experience
• Possess extensive experience in e-commerce operation, preferably with a proven track record of success in driving sales and growing online businesses
• Familiarity with a wide range of e-commerce platforms and tools, and experience in managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, with hands-on experience in implementing successful campaigns.
Skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data. Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent marketing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and build strong brand identities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using e-commerce management tools and software.
Qualities
• A passion for e-commerce and a drive to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
