Job Title Sales Excellence Leader Job Description Sales Excellence Lead In this role, you have the opportunity to Actively develop Philips’ sales capabilities by improving process execution, skills and knowledge in close cooperation with market leader, sector leader and district leaders. You will be a change agent to drive and enforce embedding and adoption of new ways of working into the organization. You will demonstrate innovative thought leadership in sales process execution and markets’ sales team effectiveness. You are responsible for Leading sales improvement projects in line with local & global imperatives and business cadence Leading the deployment of strategic initiatives such as Channel CRM, sales enablement tools, new ways of working Coaching sales leaders Monitoring progress against predefined KPIs Working within a global team of peers to share best practices and adopt innovative ways to upgrade sales leadership Engaging with the Business Market Leader, National Sales Leaders to drive the support and buy-in of new ways of working. Ensuring compliance with operational sales process excellence initiatives You are a part of Commercial Operation team, health-system China. You will base in Shanghai, report to Commercial Operation head, Greater China To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in MNC, an outstanding commercial background and strong affinity for coaching Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels Organizational leadership experience Knowledge/experience in change management Evidence of ability to track, measure marketing ROI and brand metrics Fluent in English and native in Mandarin In return, we offer you A path towards your most rewarding career.
