The Assistant E-Commerce Project Manager will lead projects that optimize E-commerce and Omni Channel digital capabilities. This person will possess a strong wechat ecology, and ecom project/background supporting system management background capability. Which including omni-channel wechat mini-program and brand website development, order management system development understanding, omni-channel product content and database management system development. Candidates for this role will be accountable to a development future assumption and roadmap. 40% Lead to optimize HOKA ECOM mini-program flagship store and brandsite. Responsible for the wechat channel budget planning, sales target and achievement. Focus on brand iconic and new digital capability building. 20% Act as a product owner of omni-channel digital capabilities delivery. Work with DTC team on offline retail wechat stores management, with marketing and training team on wecom staff management, and lead to support various omni-channel new Digital Capabilities for HOKA future development. 20% Support marketing team to optimize omni-channel social CRM, mainly on UX and UI design, in ECOM mini-program flagship store. 10% Owner of order management system enhancement, to support sales growth by improving stock efficiency, reducing cost, and optimize SOP. Complete other assignments as received from management team. 10% Routine works, and support ECOM leader on ecom BI system set up and reporting.
