RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work directly with the Head of Marketing and Head of EC to develop, manage, and implement the digital marketing roadmap and strategy across different retail sales channels in China in alignment with overall corporate goals and objectives including category and brand revenue growth.
• Drive digital consumer experiences and loyalty through strategic content, campaigns, and performance marketing, while managing the budget and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Lead efforts in both paid and organic customer acquisition, using advanced targeting, segmentation, and personalization techniques. Oversee SEO strategy and implement organic tactics to drive new customer growth.
• Lead the team to develop, implementing, and evolving online marketing programs that leverage the corporate website, social media properties and online media in support of business goals.
• Lead and provide technical and subject matter expertise within the eCommerce organization including consumer trends and research that impact eCommerce platforms.
• Contribute to additional marketing efforts that may include: product positioning, product pricing, marketing communications, new product launches, live events, trade shows, and so on.
• Develop and implement standardised KPIs and dashboards, continuously monitor consumer behaviour and market trends, and optimise digital marketing and product offerings to support agile, impactful digital growth and real-time decision-making.
• Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies through platforms such as social media, Email, SMS, and Retargeting, to drive lifetime value through repeat purchases.
• Partner with Brand Design and Web Development to drive feature choices that improve sales performance. Ensure an ongoing cadence of A/B tests to optimize the website user experience and conversion rates.
• Create, update, and regularly monitor the product content on e-Commerce websites/portals/platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, brand design, product development, consumer insights, IT, RAQA, regional teams and other functions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to e-commerce.
• Prioritise and measure competitive digital campaigns & projects from inception through to completion ensuring effective planning, timeline management and high-quality deliverables.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and stimulating team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing communications development and implementation
• Proven experience in developing a complex business and communicating simply across multiple stakeholders (Strategy, Finance, Sales, RAQA)
• Excellent marketing and presentation knowledge with business acumen, to be the company ambassador
• Market and customer insights with analysis, accuracy and attention to details
• Work independently with the excellent attitude to collaborate with other departments
• Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing E-commerce customer marketing plan and digital marketing strategies for B2B and B2C businesses with a proven ability to apply capabilities and technology to accomplish business objectives and marketing goals
• Excellent analytical skills, statistics and financial analyses in addition to data interpretation and analysis skills
Work Environment: Normal office environment. Regular travel is required. Experience: Minimum of 10 years related experience in digital/E-commerce marketing or marketing, preferably in FMCG and health care industry. Related technical background is beneficial. Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
