职责描述

• Responsible for key Digital and Technology functions including IT, Digital Business Solutions and Data Analytics.

• Develop a strong technology infrastructure (including but not limited to server, network, storage, cloud, etc) to ensure stability and resiliency, adhering to local regulatory requirement and Group's infrastructure.

• Manage a cost efficient and scalable technology architecture across China and put in place robust measures to safeguard cyber security and data protection against possible threats.

• Develop Digital strategy and drive the technology roadmap for a portfolio of products and application (in-house or through 3rd party vendors), in line with overall development strategy and business plans. This may include e-commerce, membership, mobile payments, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Analytics, social media, mobile technology and AI etc

• Understand new digital market trends and product knowledge and explore potential business channels, products or services which can add value to the business

• Spearhead IT initiatives across China which strive for optimal cost and quality to enhance efficiency

• Manage and build a high performing team, ensuring the team provides a responsive and reliable service to the internal and external stakeholders

理想的求职者

• Degree in Information Technology / Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.

• At least 15 years of experience, of which at least 8-10 years must be at senior management level and with relevant experience to technology and innovation fields

• Experience in real estate industry and/or financial institution would be preferred

• Experience working in multi-national companies with matrix reporting would be preferred

• Experience in consulting firm with strong stakeholder management and communication skills would be preferred

• Deep understanding of technology and be acutely aware of the technology landscape in both enterprise and start-up environments, including emerging technologies and trends of digital disruption; and bring innovative digital solutions

• Great project management skills and proven track record in driving and delivering business objectives successfully

• Customer oriented and partner strongly with cross functional teams to achieve business goals

• Strong team leadership to drive change for continuous improvement

• Committed to people/team development, strong ability to work in a team environment
