Position Overview:

Join us as a Sales Representative Partner in China, where you'll help businesses enhance their operating capabilities and growth using custom software, while unlocking your own financial potential. This fully commission-based role allows for substantial earning opportunities, with flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours. Top performers can earn between $40,000 - $200,000+ per year.

What You'll Do:

• Alredy in same business? - Share clients with us and earn unlimited, risk-free.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads with businesses and other software providers in China and globally.

• Introduce CIS' delivery solutions and showcase the benefits for local businesses in China and globally.

• Drive new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, emailing and networking etc.

• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and beyond.

• Partner with CIS' team to refine strategies and expand our client offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• Already in same business is a plus but not required.

• Have connects in China, regional or nationwide and have a helping mindset.

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B Sales or remote Staff Augmentation service's Sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented attitude.

• Ability to self-manage and stay organized.

• Experience or knowledge in custom software development, digital marketing or remote staff augmentation services is a plus but not required.
