YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explore online channels: Sort out, integrate and build a complete online channel network. Explore and specify the monetization models for the online channel.

• Support VP to formulate and promote the online channel strategy: According to the omni-channel strategy, formulate and orderly implement the online channel strategy to promote the achievement of results.

• Support VP to establish strategic partnership with key online partners, design all -win cooperation mechanism to support the omni- channel ecosystem set up.

• Support VP to drive online channel pilot project to achieve business goals.

• Make sure all actions within team are based on Bayer’s LIFE values and compliance guidelines

WHO YOU ARE

• Good understanding of online business and pharmaceutical sector. Experienced in online business operation, esp. on channel management. More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform or more than10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Experience of driving 300 million to 500 million online business is preferred.

• Good learning agility, can figure out a way through a new situation without actually knowing what to do, by using past and present experiences to make sense of an uncertain situation.

• Strong in strategic thinking and leadership, high integrity.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, result oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Strong stakeholder management skill with proven ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA preferred). Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business is preferred.
