E-Commerce Manager

• Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the e-commerce platform and continuously optimize it

• Continuous optimisation of sell-through to achieve the online sales target

• Take a leading role in the management of eCommerce in collaboration with a team of multi-cultural members in Shanghai, Hong Kong and across the globe

• Contact person for online platforms such as Tmall, JD etc. for applications, renewal of accounts, etc.

• Manage, guide and lead CS team, arrange tasks for them and monitor their performance

• Conduct daily communication and work reports with general managers of China, Asia and international teams

• Research, implement and optimize e-commerce platform paid advertising strategies, conduct regular sales reports, and achieve sales targets

• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports and competitor data analysis

• Review and update the latest sales trend in China and constantly send proposals for new business opportunities, sales campaign ideas, promotions, etc.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above

• 1-3 years related working experience in brand's flagship store or TP

• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, patient and careful, proactive

• Professional level of English skills

• Multi-threaded transaction processing and management capabilities

• Certain data analysis skills

• Knowledge of analogue photography and Lomography is a big advantage
