What you’ll do:
1. Responsible for the admission and sales of company products in finance and Global Key Accounts, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience;
2. As a sales representative, develop industry market plans and sales action strategies, establish a marketing ecosystem within the responsible industry customer base, and achieve the sales targets set by the company on time;
3. Responsible for collecting customer information, establishing customer files, and customer management work;
4. Responsible for planning and organizing the promotion of company products and project activities, familiar with company products and solutions, and able to communicate product solutions well with customers;
5. Collect and provide feedback on market information, and promote the brand awareness of Eaton.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, sales personnel need to have good customer relationship management skills, be able to establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and be proficient in mechanical and electrical engineering IT、 Marketing and related majors are preferred;
• Financial& Global Key Accounts clients are mainly concentrated in Shanghai, with work locations in Shanghai and coverage in the East China region;
• Strong communication skills, business development abilities, and customer service awareness;
• Have keen market insight, strong sense of career, responsibility, and positive work attitude;
• Strong personality, agile thinking, good adaptability and pressure bearing ability;
• Good English writing and communication skills.
