Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Head of e-commerce in MediaCom Guangzhou.

Measures of success –

In three months:

• Been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently.

• Able to adapt creative material based on client brief.

In six months:

• Have demonstrated the ability to conceptualize; taking a client brief and responding with creative content that enables the client to standout in the e-commerce environment.

In 12 months:

• Taken solid ownership of the creative product and built an understanding of how this can help to grow the business of your clients in conjunction with the other division experts you partner with.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build, execute and control the quality of creative strategy/ advertisement development for different e-commerce sites.

• Follow and implement efficient processes and systems within the creative team.

• Orchestrate the inputs from the e-commerce media team and operations teams to develop prominent creative solutions for client.

• Make sure that work is completed on time and that final products meet the expectations of clients

What you will need:

• Minimum 5 years in advertising marketing.

• Mastered composition techniques in producing polished final pieces i.e. attention to detail.

• Comprehensive computer photo-retouching and image development skills.

• Should be able to handle pressure in some situations.

• Should be able to handle client interface.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
