Responsibilities

E-COMMERCE SALES AND OPERATION


• Develop overall Rx B2C channel strategy and sales plan for JD/Ali etc. B2C customers with proper programs & executions/tracking

•* Partially lead and monitor each campaign to ensure sellin/offtake achievement. Foresee the potential business risks and offer optimization plans.

EC P&L consciousness, strategically allocate resources & manage marketing expenditure budget to fulfil business needs and financial target

• Provide analyses and action plans based on KPI relating but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and consumer behavior.

•Update rolling sales forecast, especially for campaign launches, sampling and promotional items based on stock and sales trend.

• Achieve sales target with close cooperation with cross-function team, Platforms and TP .

•Flexibly adjust promotional actions and product sets in line with brands' profitability objectives and stock constraints

Work closely with the Marketing Product Manager, Supply Chain, Trade marketing and brand marketing to maximize business potential.
• Maintain up to-date understanding of market, competitor and consumer/customers


• Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, safety and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

• Work closely with the Marketing Product Manager , Trade marketing and brand marketing to maximize business potential.

E-COMMERCE MARKETING - ACQUISITION & RETENTION

• Provide E-commerce communication optimization based on KPI performances to improve click rate and conversion rate.

• Coordinate localization and creation of digital assets and optimize consumer journey.

Support EC marketing to pitch Tmall IP.
• Channel, Customer and patient insights to develop plan and drive growth


• Healthcare industry channel & customer understanding is a plus


• Develop B2C channel and pricing strategies and plan

Education Requirement:


• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majors in business administration/marketing/pharmacy are preferred, other majors are welcome

Required Experience and Skills:

• Requires 8-12 years of EC experience in consumer goods or, pharmaceutical / healthcare related industry, recent senior manager /AD role in e-commerce channel marketing or sales experience; flagship store management experience preferred

• Logical thinking, superior data mining and analysis skills.

• Superior collaboration skills and communications skills.

• Project management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity.

• Hands-on experience on marketing plan, JD/Ali operation plan and executions.

• Quick learner and be able to apply the knowledge to solve key business challenges.

• P&L, budgeting, planning & forecasting, finance;Risk-based analysis and decision making, and contingency planning

• Excellent language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Chinese (mandatory).

• Solid operation skills and savvy for EC marketing

• Strong analytical skills, advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure

• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
