About this role:
Align with the aim of accelerating OA transformation and build direct-to-consumer marketing, this position will primarily focus on supporting digital marketing associate manger to work on managing user data and engaging research communities in digital channels. He/she will work closely with marketing team and other teams in China and around the world to impact Wiley’s communities and to unlock researchers’ potential.
How will you make an impact:
• Work closely with China/global marketers and agency to manage Baidu paid search ads and Bing paid search ads (as well as other potential digital ads channels), including monthly performance report, daily optimization and management, adding/revising ads campaigns, making budget and strategy plan.
• Daily manage, monitor, and summarize all China marketing user data and campaigns data in different systems and analyze monthly report.
• Support China/global marketers to set up digital campaigns, including webinar registration forms, WeChat precision campaigns, Email campaigns, etc. Communicate with vendors to upgrade SCRM system functions and solve issues.
We are looking for people who:
• A Bachelor's/master’s degree from a Chinese university or overseas in Marketing/advertising or related major.
• 1 – 2 years working experience in digital marketing/advertising is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing programs, emphasizing collaboration and providing strategic mindset.
• Understand target customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to think critically and react quickly and calmly in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders in English
• Be proactive and result driven.
• Ability to think logically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
