We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on incoPat product. Our team is responsible for incoPat products’ sales with clients. We have a strong skill set in sales and clients facing and would love to speak with you if you have experience in Saas software sales.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience, science and engineering background is preferred

• 3 years of relevant experience in clients facing sales

• Can explore customer business needs, pay attention to and actively improve customer experience, and actively cultivate and develop new customers

• Good team spirit, serious and responsible, strong sense of responsibility

It would be great if you are . . .

• Related industry or SAAS software service sales experience is preferred

• SaaS product sales experience is preferred

• Master degree or above education background, Science and engineering background is preferred

• Patent agent or industry background is preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

• Sold IncoPat patent search and analysis database software services mainly to enterprises, government universities, research institutes, intellectual property service institutions and other customers

• Recognize the development prospects of intellectual property industry, willing to long-term development in this industry

• Able to independently develop customers, timely find sales opportunities, promote customer signing and cooperation, and achieve business targets

• Able to effectively manage customers, continue to follow up and care about the use of products and services of cooperative customers, regular follow-up visits, improve user service experience, and ensure that customers continue to renew

• With learning ability, can quickly grasp IncoPat products and services related knowledge;
with good communication and coordination skills, excellent language organization and on-site presentation skills;

About the Team

This team is responsible for the sales of incoPat products in the Shanghai region, including incoPat\API interface \ raw data. The team working closely with pre-sales and after-sales, data, product and other teams internally, developing new customers and serving old customers externally, to improve regional performance and customer satisfaction.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
