• Platform Operations Management:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of our overseas e-commerce platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Supply Chain) to implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall platform health.

• Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks and address operational challenges in various international markets.

• Product Packaging Strategy:

• Oversee the creation and implementation of product packaging strategies that align with international shipping regulations, sustainability goals, and brand identity.

• Work closely with product development, design, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging meets all technical specifications, enhances product presentation, and minimizes costs.

• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative packaging solutions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of packaging strategies through customer feedback and performance metrics, and iterate as necessary.

• International Market Expansion:

• Identify and analyze new international markets for expansion, considering cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

• Develop and execute localized marketing and operational plans to effectively enter and grow in new markets.

• Coordinate with local partners, distributors, and third-party sellers to ensure successful market entry and ongoing operations.

• Team Leadership & Development:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of platform operators, packaging specialists, and international market analysts.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and personal growth.

• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary resources and training to succeed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on international markets and/or product packaging.

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Alibaba), international shipping regulations, and packaging standards.
