Contexte

Axens Beijing office, located in Chaoyang District, has an opportunity to hire a Renewables Business Developer Manager in order to provide sustainable and efficient technology/process solutions, catalysts/adsorbents, and services to clients in various fields where Axens is involved. Chinese's market is in deep transition and it is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Missions

As a Business Developer Manager focus on Renewables, reporting directly to the Commercial Associate Director, your area of responsibility will include, but not be limited to, Vegan, Futurol, Atol, Gasel and BioTfueL technologies.

As a Business Developer Manager, you will:

· Develop business opportunities of commercially available Renewables technologies or technologies soon to be commercialized/homologated

· Approach the various players in the value chain who can influence the development of our future customer's projects (brands owners, companies who can segregate and prepare the waste plastic feedstock of future chemical recycling units, etc.)

· Understand and gather intelligence of regional business by prospecting for opportunities and gaining, documenting, and sharing internally knowledge of country and regional regulations and incentives programs

· Organizing visits to customers on regular basis to cultivate longterm relationships and understand their needs. If needed, you will be able to do preliminary technical presentations

· Establish communication plan and prepare the material to be used

· Present at conferences/public events Axens solutions

· Hold technical meeting with end-users with the support of Axens experts and technologists

· Have the ownership from a lead stage of opportunity to the final negotiation until the signed contract with the support of Associate Commercial Director and other Axens people such as Technologists , Technical services engineers, Sales Supports and Lawyers (including but not limited to NDA preparation, Bid technical documentation, commercial negotiation and contract negotiation)

· Follow the contract execution in order to ensure the customer satisfaction

· Develop and adapt sales collaterals to the specific requirements/needs

· Manage your opportunities in Axens CRM pipeline

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED LEVEL

· Engineer in chemistry, chemical Process engineering or generalist preferably having good basis in process and / or catalysis, with a first significant experience, either in basic engineering design, or of operation of industrial units, or in the field of refining catalysts and/or petrochemicals or in sales of industrial products

· Minimum 10 years of professional experience

· Experience working on Vegan, Futurol, Atol, Gasel and BioTfueL technologies or any other renewables energies is a plus

· Experience in commercial action and sales

· Business acumen and knowledge of their contractualization in an international environment

· We value experience in Sales with a hunter's attitude and Financial awareness of the levers that can be applied to make project feasible

· English and chinese language must be fluent

· French language is appreciated but not mandatory
