Title: Business Development Manager, E-com & NA
Reports To: Sales Manager, E-com & NA

Responsibility Level:
Under the strategic direction and in accordance with company policies, maximizes profitable sales volume, develops sales objectives and associated strategies and coordinates sales activities through PB accounts.
Typical Duties:
• Achieves and exceeds annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (volume, technology mix, margin, cash flow).
• Be responsible for JD and Tuhu offline stores business growth strategies, strategic customer planning and ensure successful execution.
• Maintain good customer relationship and develop frequent and regular contacts with multiple customer functions, including supply chain and business operation departments of JD and Tuhu for their offline stores business.
• Collaborate with regional area sales of JD and Tuhu to promote Clarios products via their offline channels and make sure business promotion policies execution as expected.
• Gathers competitive intelligence in support of product and solution development. Analyze e-commerce data of Clarios sales and provide support to business review and strategy improvement.
• Tracks account receivable to avoid past dues.
• Other duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering or other appropriate discipline.
• 2 years’ sales experience. Preferred auto parts, national account management, e-commerce working experience.
• Understand basic e-commerce operation logic and be sensitive to data.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Strong business, financial and legal acumen.
• Result-orientation, work under pressure
• Requires 50% domestic travel.
