Responsibilities1. Responsible for the tool product design work of Douyin e-commerce merchant transaction link (inventory/order/after-sales, etc.), including but not limited to inventory monitoring, warehouse network configuration, order management, after-sales workbench and other module capacity building 2. Based on the business operation scenarios of Douyin e-commerce, work closely with business teams such as industry operations, governance experience, and merchant development to jointly promote the improvement of merchant operating efficiency and optimization of consumer experience, deeply explore the pain points and essential needs of merchants, disassemble product strategies and promote implementation 3. Manage the life cycle of product requirements, closely coordinate product operations, R&D, QA and other resources, eliminate project risks, ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery, and continue to follow up on product effects 4. In combination with the platform's business focus and goals, regularly output product iteration plans to drive the achievement of business goals. Qualifications1. Basic understanding of e-commerce platform business, familiar with B-side merchant business process 2. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet backend tool products, with B-side merchant tool product work background preferred 3. Have keen insight into needs and abstract ability, able to discover the essence of problems from complex business logic, find the best solution and promote implementation 4. Have good team communication and collaboration skills and self-driving force, able to coordinate multiple parties to promote project implementation and get results 5. Be able to match platform business strategies, determine product goals and disassemble product strategies from the perspective of merchant operations.
