The Business Development Manager for Cytiva is responsible to support the business of Validation service of the Biotech Integrated Solutions (BIS) OpCo.
This position is part of the located in and will be . At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Drive, develop and support the sale of Validation service of the Biotech Integrated Solutions (BIS) OpCo.
• Work on a zone-centric basis to articulate the value proposition and entire portfolio associated with the holistic set of validation services provided by the BIS OpCo to potential clients.
• Provide commercial coaching & support to the Cytiva Sales team and modalities to drive validation service revenue.
• Provide a single point of order and revenue forecasting for Validation services
• Using DBS techniques, drive continual improvement around key commercial metrics and consistently apply commercially excellent sales processes.
• Work with Global BIS Marketing and Field marketing to deliver Revenue generating marketing actions.
• Identify customer pain points as opportunities for growth with Marketing & Product Management
• Deliver strategies to drive positive price attainment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant commercial role with experience in Services and or a BioPharma Environment.
• Education background in quantitatively rigorous field of study (finance, economics, science, etc); MBA preferred.
• Able to show experience in influencing/leading cross-functional teams around customer growth.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Good communicator with strong collaborative and commercial skills.
• Digitally savvy with experience of Salesforce.com and digital communications strategies.
