Hsu Fu Chi’s locates in Dongguan, occupying more than 500,000 sq.m with national-wide 103 branches and 49 sales offices. It produces Sugar confectionery, Bakery products, Traditional Sachima, Chocolate and Jellies, with more than 1000 items offered in Pick-and-Mix fixtures or on retail shelf. Hsu Fu Chi has an output capacity of more than 1,600 tons of products daily. It has two factories: Dongguan Guangdong, Zhumadian Henan, with 48 large-scale modernized workshop , about 160 lines of high quality automatic production and 450 sets of high speed packing line. In 1992 HSU FU CHI Company Founded in the PRC. In 1994 Inaugurated“徐福记”（Hsu Fu Chi）Brand and Registered It as Trade Mark in 1994. In 1997 Transpac Capital Pte., Ltd., a Singaporean PE fund, launched discussions with the Hsu family about to how to expand the existing operation and fulfills the true potential of the fledgling company. It led to the joint founding of the BVI Hsu Fu Chi International Ltd., and facilitated Dongguan Hsu Fu Chi Food Co., Ltd. its development in China’s confectionery and snacking market. In 2006 Public Listed on the SGX-ST. In 2011, having achieved rapid growth, Hsu Fu Chi sought to strengthen its long-term potential and realize its ambition to establish a “brand that can live for centuries”, by signing a joint venture agreement with Nestle SA. Thus Hsu Fu Chi withdrew from the Singapore Exchange Ltd and is now building a long term harmonious relationship between the Hsu Fu Chi and Nestle SA.
